The issue is an important one and education is always a start to important issues, I am sorry if you felt attacked and took great offense - but I can do no more than what I have done to keep it alive - already too much time invested. In summary to me it seems to be language is the big problem and even causing children to die in emergency rooms, before we let more kids die shouldn't we bridge the gaps - as the data suggests - letting this continue to 2025 will just kill more children - I feel the solution is a national program to get all the non english speakers up to par and save childrens lives. Either educate them before they come here, or force them to learn it when they get here, catering to their culture will only kill more kids in emergency rooms when language breaks down it seems.
