If Specter does get a veto proof majority on stem cell, he will be doing Bush a big favor...He won't have to veto a concept (including establishment of standards....badly needed) that is supported by 2/3 of the American People...He could just throw up his hands and say: "gosh. I wish I could have stopped this"..

After five years, he should veto something. A fiscal conservative coulld have found lots before this bill.
