ATCO should contact the producers of Street Scene (in San Diego) immediately. This is the first year the music festival was held at Qualcomm Stadium, and I could hear the music at my condo SIX MILES AWAY!! A lot of people in my neighborhood complained about the noise keeping them awake or interfering with TV-watching. Maybe they could use some speakers that directed the sound just to the area of the stadium.
