Lets cut this into pieces and take it one by one: "all my friends are unemployed or fully under utilized for the educations they received - from my high school buds, to my IBM buds, to my older buds down to the 20 somethings."

Here we have a case for they choosing to invest their time, money and effort and not getting a pay back. I call this deflation of capabilities, or over-trained.

"The only friends I have that have bright outlook for the future are the nursing/medical ones or government employed - all the rest not so positive."

This is some activities that will not atrack the bulk of the potential candidates. In fact they have been shunned for a long time. Not everyone fits the profile of a health care worker.

"I have a friend in the US air force that has great financial outlooks but he really tires of his job - he was thinking of going to prague - told me they were thinking of legalizing prostitution there."

Your friend tiredness of this job, is due to his unhappiness with other aspects of his life. He may be better off in South East Asia. But what does he know about the world outside the US? He may be cleaned by learning by doing.

"I have another friend work for american standard - he married girl from germany and bring her back to the states, but she hate it here, too hot in the south and no nice shopping and street cafe's like she had back home."

Many women who married foreign men are excited by the life out there. Then they discover that this comes ay a price. Women being who they are, they run away. Know many Brazilians either unhappy abroad, or returned alone since they coulnd't stand the life abroad.

"She tell him I can be broke and bored back in Germany - hehe."

This I didn't get.

"They divorce, he married a phillipine girl - she get a nursing job and he OK now."

Yes, the west European from rich countries are spolied. The poorer ones just want to have a family. If they get a job, they are even happier.

"I talk to a few of these european girls on the net and they telling me it not so good there jobwise - like you say - they get these degrees and can't do much. I had a cuban tell me last week he very glad his daughter marry a german and not a mexican, haitian."

I hope my experiment have a better chace to choose from those three :-)

"I read this in the paper today - does the legal system in iran, germany, sweden, brazil or anywhere else you have been support this kind of drama against a man who had a 2 week live in girlfriend?? American courts are rigged against men I feel."

In Iran she'd marry the guy or be canned and jailed if single, executed if married.

In Germany and Sweden I don't know. In Brazil, guys who get money are smart. The types called 'pistoleira' or gunfighter in English) the woman would get nothing. Probably the money to relace damaged items.
