Bolton is a Pit-Bull. He has been trained to attack. Who he attacks is up to his master to call. That's his attraction to Bush/Rove. You can't just go to a store and buy a human pit-bull. You have to start with a twisted depraved character BEFORE BIRTH. Then he has to be raised in a devastating way by terrible parents. And then trained by professional haters. After years of expensive training and professional "facade", you have the finished product, a "John Bolton".
