"Just how is it that you know Cheney based his opinion on "available intelligence" and did not lie?

I know that he based his stated opinion on 'available evidence' because he said that was what he was basing it on. The available evidence was presented and at the time Cheney stated his opinion, it was confirmed by knowledgable people at or near his level of involvement, friends and foes, on the same basis.

When did I declare that I know Cheney did not lie? For the record, I know no such thing. My position is that your claims are unfounded, not that I know the opposite to be true. I consider it dishonorable to declare an issue to be proven when it is not and especially when the declaration defames another person, it is especially suspect when being used to bolster the accusers political position.

You declared that he did lie and that it is proven.

"Oh...yes, when it comes to your false gods, you have a much higher standard of proof than for other people...nice try!

I have no idea what you are accusing me of. My standard of proof for lieing is the same for one person or another.
