When we read the bits in the Old Testament where they say "kill witches, kill homosexuals, kill adulterers", we say, "oh, well, we've outgrown all that." Same thing can happen with Islam, it just doesn't seem to have become as widespread as we'd like. This is the hope of many. That their horizons will be broadened and their ability....how ever imperceptible and muted they are ........to learn to accept the millions of diverse ideas and thoughts of mankind will grow and flourish.
