If indeed the woman's breasts were grabbed or touched inappropriately, the screener was out of line and NOT following proper procedure. The screener uses a wand primarily and the back of hands to lightly feel underneath.
Invasive and offensive are of course in the eye of the beholder. I don't feel either when this is done to me; it is impersonal and always done by a female.
If the screener was inappropriate, then her name should have been obtained and a formal complaint submitted. Grabbing the screener's breasts in retaliation was no more appropriate an action than the one the victim claims was done to her.

How I feel about profiling or screening or the actual need for this procedure is a different issue. My response was about the woman's reaction, which I feel was completely off the wall. Work through proper channels for change, but when you decide to fly, you are agreeing to the process now in effect. Don't like it, don't fly, and if something goes wrong, don't compound the problem with your own unacceptable behavior.
