The one thing I love about Bolton's recess appointment is that Bush did it the first day possible and shoved it so far up the noses of Kennedy and Kerry that they are left babbling.

Kennedy didn't have a constitutional problem with Clinton's 70 recess appointments per term. Wonder why.

Republicans, except for George Voinovich, have offered their support and decried the necessity of a recess appointment.

I wonder how Voinovich thinks he will be able to get anything done in senate now. I would put him on a short list to have some other republican run against him back in his state.
