CLinton fired 300 Cruise missiles at OBL and set up a 24-7 Al Qaida desk in the WH manned by Richard Clarke. Their team put out the alert which stopped the LAX Milennium bombing.

WHat did Bush do when he came in? Disbanded the AL Qaida desk, called the FBI off Saudis, ignored the 8-6 warning and never mentioned terrorism as a threat until after it was too late. Then tried to claim political credit and misled us into an unnecessary poorly-prepared war in Iraq based on BS.
