Both of you are correct. if you screen using the latest data, you will catch a higher percentage of the potential terrorists than if you comply with Authoritarian Liberalist screening techniques. There may be a grandma bomber some day, but until we have a reason to suspect one, why screen them as aggressively as the more likely demographics?

The great thing is that newer data will change the demographics you screen for. This keeps screeners more efficient.
