Business/personal mileage logs. I did it for most my my business career when I had a company car... granted, many people cheat. But they don't cheat as much, and some are honest.

The bottom line is that we have to give a significant incentive for the purchase of energy efficient personal vehicles (regardless of technology), and a disincentive to the purchase of energy inefficient personal vehicles.

We have to raise efficiency, we have what we need with regard to technology. All we need is the will and the leadership to do it... it's a no brainer.

It is truly scary what happened with the energy bill. Instead of a solution, our elected officials stole our tax dollars to the energy companies. It's time for a new "Boston Tea Party".
