Another discredited DNC Talking Point. Saddam had almost completely circumvented the sanctions & had nearly bribed his way scott free of them & UN inspections. How did you manage to remain so thoroughly ignorant of the Oil-for-Food scandal, the findings of the Iraq Survey Group & the Senate Intelligence Committee while being so relentlessly adamant that sanctions were working? It's a shame you are so blindly partisan that you ignore all facts that absolutely crush your Talking Points.
