Gov Rendell made a big fuss over cuts in medicaid from Bush adm. Told everyone in Pa. cuts were necessary because pa. cannot afford to continue as present with bush cuts.

Two weeks ago he approves a bill that was earlier passed at 2am by the house a salary increase up to 32% for state representatives.

somehow things do not come up fair and balanced in pa. under Rendell. a salary increase while he ran on cutting real estate taxes and so far has not kept his promise but signs off on salary increases for representatives. Their salaries are second highest in the country , first being ca. but we are no way near the cost of housing or living in pa. vs ca.
