If the exact time of day/night was on the notice one can at least think back and determine who was driving. My car has a digital clock, and I usually notice the time. Might help, but in CBs case, the whole day sounded chaotic, so it could be difficult to know.

how do you contest a picture of your car going through the light? you know it was you or someone you gave the car too.

If it was someone that you gave the car to, then you didn't commit a crime. In principle they have to prove that it was you that committed the crime.
