you got me interested enough to do some digging, using the street (they do not provide the exact address) to search activity. The first one I checked is listed for sale. I had a good laugh because the listing brokerage is the one that I used to own. Deja vu.

The sources they included is no good for the following reasons.

If they are getting some type of list from lenders directly, it will be impossible for them to get it from every lender, such as private lenders.

No way would the lenders provide pre foreclosure information.

The best data has to be from the county recorders.

However, it does appear that this website could serve our purpose of getting a handle on defaults nationwide.
