It is almost impossible to get what you want nationwide on a real time basis. To get that information on a local basis, you can get a good feel if you are friendly with the big multiple office brokerage houses. The manager should be able to tell you how they are doing. Furthermore, go find the biggest escrow companies in town. Their escrow manager should be able to tell you how many opens, closings and fall outs. ............ but that may require buying lunch and/or some wine ing.
