tejek, re:although the religious right tends to be more zealous and a larger minority I object - the zealots in San Diego appear to be a handfull of atheists even after a vote. re:.......its disgust. There is nothing behind their view but a book written by the ancients who were even more fearful, ignorant and myth based than we are. Wouldn't a classroom discussion bring this out into the open? PS: I think it would be books - many of them, not just the bible. re:If you want to push Intelligent Design, do it in Sunday School, and not a secular school. I don't want to push anything here other than the free presentation of all theories to allow for the "teaching" to actually take place. Heck I'd suggest they review the Scopes case at the same time and discuss what pseudo science is as well.
