"Most of the violence since the early Zionists landed in what is now Israel was perpetrated by the Zionists on the Palestinians. " The Wikipedia entry on riots in Palestine you posted says otherwise. It quotes from a British commission of enquiry on the riots which said very clearly the Arabs were generally the aggressors. Most Jews killed were killed by Arabs while most Arabs killed were killed by British police and soldiers trying to keep the peace. 195 Arabs and 34 Jews sentenced for crimes related to the riots. 25 Arab villages and neighborhoods given collective fines for rioting.

"I hear you defending Zionist bloodshed," You hear me saying the Jews have a right to use violence to defend themselves. At the same time, I'm happy a non-violent defense like the wall has been employed.

I also believe the Palestinians should have a state of their own although for practical reasons it will have to be smaller than they wish. They are going to have to share Palestine just as the indigenous peoples of many other countries have to share with the descendents of people who invaded them. That's simply the way things are. To refuse to do so and insist on the right to slaughter people living on one's ancestral home rather than live in peace is horribly wrong.

"Wales and Scotland both have semi-independent governments," Yes, that is recent though and didn't come about via terrorism.

You have dodged a few questions I've asked you in the last couiple posts so I guess I'll bring them up again:

First, why do you want more invading immigrants to go to America, Australia, and New Zealand? They are colonial settler states as much as Israel is. Surely its not that the Palestinians are more worthy than the indigenous peoples of the Americas, etc.?

Second, do you think it would have been better that the Jews who escaped Europe to Palestine prior to the Holocaust had been wiped out than live in Palestine? This isn't an academic question - the Nazis made it crystal clear they wanted the Jews of Europe gone. The other nations of the world did refuse to take more than a token handful of Jewish refugees from Europe.
