I totally agree. Where we disagree is that I believe it would be easier to manage the information flow than to manage the natural human reaction to same.
I mean, we are really down to discussing academic issues and you know that because neither seems to be possible.
The reaction to violent input is a human natural and not easily manageable whereas the information flow or rather the limitation of same is highly questionable and unacceptable because of being closely related to what we call censorship.

Still I would not be surprised to see some mutually agreed upon restrictive arrangement between all of the news agencies world wide to come in place in a not too distant future.
Thus restricting the otherwise free flow of extreme terrorist activities between the media.
I think something like that could eventually happen.

Imagine some of the pioneer news agencies like that being attacked by suicide bombers for "discrimination" and others backing them up in solidarity...
