If you water that down just a tad to "so God may have done it" the problem goes away, IMO.

The fact all objective laws of nature suggest that no life should exist leads to the conclusion the agregation of complexity represented in the simplest of cellular life shows what it could not have been. If it could not have been un-intelligent random luck, "Intelligent Design" seems the only logical alternative.
