If they state tax payers don't want to bear that cost, then they shouldn't be allowed to ban abortion. With over a million abortions per year in the USA - I see this plan coming to economic ruin in a hurry. re:The R&D necessary to produce the Fetus Preservation Machine could be Federal Tax Dollars You should run for office the way you spend my money. :-)
