Ted, And Karl Rove's friend with all the money who backed the Swifties financially had nothing to do with it. That takes a "diabolical mastermind" to coordinate? Please. George Soros probably spent 10x as much as the Swifties, even though he's a hypocritical idiot. Political connection is hardly indicative of political savviness. If you look at one aspect of the campaign, I am sure it doesn't seem all that Machiavellian and complicated but the Swifties was just one of many elements that had to be melded together. That takes a brain.......Bush's brain to be exact.

How many "swifties" actually fought with Kerry? Answer: Zero The closest one of them came was 50 yards away in one battle where they both won Bronze Stars. Kerry saved Green Beret Rassman's life under enemy fire. Thurlow (the paid-off liar) claimd there was no enemy fire. But the only reason he won his Star was because of the enemy fire. Again, solid proof the smearvets were totally corrupt liars. How many "swifties" ever met Kerry in Vietnam? Answer: 3-4 So in their first ad, how many were lying when they said they "served with" Kerry? All of them, unless you count serving in the same theatre of war.
