If Rove is indicted, the chimp's first action will be to pardon him, to prevent him from cutting a deal with Fitzgerald to avoid prison and spilling his mud. Don't regard him as a President. View him as the figurehead/leader of a vast neocon criminal enterprise.

I favor maximum penalties for public servants who breach the public trust. I favor leaving it to judges and juries to sentence private citizens for their transgressions.

If Rush is convicted, he should get a sentence commensurate with his offense. The standard factors used for sentencing drug offenders should apply.
