I do believe the only time Kerry came up with these ideas, was during the Presidential campaign when he could safely use his perfect 20/20 HINDSIGHT and then devise a plan based on what BUSH DID, in order to make himself look better, which is fairly typical of that side of the aisle. Either Monday morning Q'backing the tough decisions made by repubs, or complaining about the decisions Repubs make, or being in general an obstacle to move out of the way of the flow of gov't. Let's see, what brilliant brain child did the dems come up with the other day? Oh yeah, they bashed Bush for being fit and tried to make it political. Real good stuff, that. Anyway, Kerry is good at critiquing the actions of others. He should stay right where he is, not in charge, but puffed up enough with himself to think he is.
