9 billion has disappeared in Iraq. Kerry's stalling of that 87 bill was in order to force Bushies to account for where the money was going. They didn't. They refused. So now we have 9 billion missing. You condone that? Kerry fully intended to vote for the bill as soon as that glaring invitation to steal was removed. You should apologize to the thread for posting something which is the opposite of the truth. Kerry was 100% right to try and hold up that bill. He cared about OUR MONEY.
