The Bushies have demonstrated their incompetent planning in Iraq. I have no confidence in their ability to plan something more complicated.

Both reports have serious problems and assume infections would initially be localized. Data from Russia show asymptomatic birds are transporting H5N1 and will soon cover most of Asia and Europe.

Pandemic models are just an academic exercise and not reality based
