If I had access to all the data that you seem too - I would try to add to the work Calculated - also go outside our borders if you can - did car markets in japan or other countries serve as any indicator to thier real estate? I am selling a home in palm beach county, FL, I was going to 1031 into possibly washington or the "silver" area of idaho - I was thinking maybe learning to be a miner and go do some spelunking as my next hobby - get away from the madding crowd - they have some old mines going for cheap - hehe - but now you send me info they are getting bubbly too in idaho. I hear colorado has mining schools so maybe I can go there. I will only have 45 days after the intermediary gets the funds to find other properties and time is working against me - hehe. So much red tape down here with florida codes and officials, I already expected to be gone on the greyhound gordo lightfoot style headed NW to start looking for a new place to exchange into. Every new potential buyer finds a new code violation with the home and walks away - today it was to do with the relief valve on the water heater - pipe was not to spec. Has to be 3/4 inches. Plumbers want 400+ to fix this!! Kids were playing paintball last week, shot one of the decorative shutters, no one has 16 inch wide ones - hehe.

Is there ANYWHERE you don't see a potential bubbling in the NW? hehe

I figure the less populated area I can get too, the less people and rules and codes and red tape and such. Hehe - one of the paintball kids - young 12 year old - approached me yesterday and ask me if I want to buy some weed - I say young man when I was your age I was trying to get cute girl to hold my hand or get the new batman comic to build my collection - or practice riding my bicycle jumping gutters - he said OH I do that - but I need lots of money to get the bicycle I want so do you want to buy some weed - pathetic. A few days earlier he ask me if I want to play some poker - 10 cents a game - I ask why are you so money hungry so young. He said he want some platinum teeth like his rapper friends on MTV. And that bling bling don't come cheap - *sigh* No one knew where his mother was - grandma was raising the child and seemed half crazy to me. I offer to let him cut the grass 2 weeks ago - 25 bucks for 80x60 lot - he said I need more, I tell him you wanting migrant illegal prices - and they have much more experience than you. He say how much experience you need to CUT GRASS - haha. I tell him to go to the library and read some books for free, all grass is not alike and if you cut it wrong it could really damage the grass for a long long time - he get mad and walk off.
