I tried to promote your ingenious solution to a couple of friends of mine and got mixed reactions. The clever ones (always keeping humor and serious matter separated) told me that whoever came up with this idea has no clue of Middle East and how it works. Others commented that the guy most likely doesn't mean it seriously and is putting everybody on :) The bad guys obviously have a purpose as you have also pointed out several times. Free elections would be fine if the result would be to hand over full power to them to establish a Pan Islam Sharia state in the Middle East - for a starter. If not, back to the bombing! The radical fidels analyzed the situation already, how come they were left so far behind the West during the past 700 years? The answer being that Islam was not practised to the book (their version), that the Muslims have been dabbling too long with Western ideas and that this must come to an end before the Muslim religion and with it the Arabs become but a footnote in history. So, back to the roots and terminate the Infidels where ever you encounter them, Arabs or not. We are their cockroaches and vermin just the same way they are ours. One difference though: Where we see a fraction of a promille of theirs qualifying as such they see all of us and many of their own being vermin and roaches and thus to be terminated. Taro
