Yes, you are right, for Pinksheet stock, one needs to call the broker to get real time quote. Yahoo's quote is delayed

What I would do is go the Swiss Exchange and get the quote for ROG or RO in Swiss Francs (whichever you want to acquire). Then go to Oanda and get the USD/CHF conversion rate. Then calculate the bid you are willing to make and do a limit order.

This is how I do it for my pink sheet quoted small stocks on the Canadian Exchanges. This is an easy way to assure that you get a decent price.
