bill, i really would like to respond to your post here.. Message 21605483 of course, i'm banned so i cannot there so i will here <g>>... but i would really like to say that to me it seems to make complete sense to partition iraq...and always has, quite frankly... most especially WRT the kurds... but now i am seeing there is such a division between the kurds, sunnis, and shiites.... and obviously, they 'don't play well with others' so why try to impose a confederation of obviously culturally and ethnically discreet groups??? i say go the way of yugoslavia
