The startup was a terrible mess, and I think it got lost in the shuffle. The people that did it left and they hid the debts in an illegal "asset sale." It came to light when the charity finally got caught and had to CYA. They then went to the Air America and said, "hey, you have to pay us back." AA is still broke and stalled them. I don't know which blogger found out first, but we now have a "blog swarm" led by Michelle and several others. The usual conservative media has now picked up the story.

As we have observed over and over in the last few years, when the left gets caught in a mess, the real story is about the way the MSM tries to "spike" the story. They are all well aware of it but they won't cover it.
