And I do know that speed limits are set at levels which are appropriate for the vast majority of drivers--I'm not one of them, so I make my own rules. I read well enough to recognize someone who's become corrupted by a corrupt system, but I know you're too far gone to see it. As for me, even though I could have done so, I never had a ticket fixed in my life. One of our best friends in Louisiana was a court clerk, and said his main duty was fixing tickets for the judge's cronies. That, and making sure he had a fresh pint of bourbon every day. I love Virginia.
