Thanks, but in that case it was an all-stock transaction which is fine for the warrant holders as the warrant terms can just be converted accordingly. "Goldcorp and Wheaton River signed a definitive agreement for the combination of the two companies. Wheaton River shareholders will be offered one Goldcorp share for every four Wheaton River shares held." I do like to play the warrants when pricing and terms appear favourable but the idea that an all-cash transaction might be a great disadvantage to the warrant holder now has me thinking about that.
