LOL.......obviously you've not been reading much over the years from the bleeding hearts and the "education experts" who say homeownership makes for a more stable family life and creates better students. Haven't you seen all those studies indicating that students whose parents own homes make better grades than those who don't? (I'm not joking, those studies are out there!)

Can't say they're not right........otherwise more of those kids who live in crime-infested ghettos might be graduating instead of shooting up (either themselves with drugs or their enemies with guns) or cooling their heels in a jail cell.

DON'T JUMP ON ME FOR SAYING THAT---that's the party line! Probably more from your political party than from mine... <<Gg>>
