I propose that the rich get together in gangs of their own and go into these neighborhoods and systematically eradicate every living thing inside of predetermined (in a democratically held meeting of course) boundaries using napalm, flame throwers, gas and germ warfare, bombs of all sorts and machine guns (did I miss anything?) and permanently take care of this problem which they created in the first place, by making life miserable for all those who can no longer afford a home in Amerika. Listen, this can be done....Americans have the know how and firsthand experience witness the same cultural genocide in Iraq.
