Rove, Libby or their colleagues are guilty, all of whom work under either Rove or Cheney. Bush himself is ultimately responsible especially since he has stonewalled and covered-up for the past two years. It's laughable to see the rightwing spin now, trying to blame the leaks on journalists. As if journalists would call the White House to leak a CIA agent's identity. Anyway, what we don't know are the charges and the details. Those are forthcoming.
