True that it will cause me to delay purchasing materials but I may buy more as a result of the Bill. Looks like the Bill could knock 5-10% off of my material costs. I believe it will cause a lot of people to act who might otherwise not. My neighbors complain a lot about the cost of heating their houses last winter and cooling them this summer. I don't discuss dollar amounts because many of their houses are uninsulated and ours is now overinsulated. I know they are paying at least twice as much as we are and our house is almost twice the footage of any of the nearby ones.

It's amazing how the body compensates for temperature over time. It's 72 degrees out this morning and feels like 40 degrees does in the early spring.
