Nor would the Sunnis. Together they control 7 provinces I believe, only takes 3 anti votes to knock it out. I suspect IF they Iraqi's cannot come out with a decent Constitution either the Coalition will write one for them or the Coalition will leave in disgust and let them settle their own differences. jdn
