Clinton made mistakes with those. He pandered too much to the conservative pro-corporate pro-pollution interest lobbies and didn't realize how much it would hurt US jobs and the environment. Now Bush has made the same mistake, and of course, has lied about it, claiming it's a national security issue to keep Central America out of the hands of "communists". What communists? I guess he means people who care about the environment and treating Central Americans like human beings.
