Tom Delay has taken crookedness to a whole new level. His foundation for needy children has spent more money on VIP golf parties than kids. He has tens of millions donated from regulated industries and is paying smearvets funder Perry Homes 26 million to build a new HQ. The DElay group is already been indicted in Texas for various counts of campaign finance fraud. There is absolutely nothiong on the democratic side which even begins to compete with this. In fact, the democrats have been remarkably scandal free for many years. When I worked for Kerry's campaign I realized why, they are really-really ethical, to a fault almost.
