If Americans are good people, why do we have a history of doing such stinky things in our foreign policy, especially when a Texan is in the White House?

Down in Texas, many unfortunately see guvmint as there to serve the #1 master, big oil, and also Brown+Root, the war builder, which is now part of Halliburton. But what's good for Texas is bad for the rest of us. Always has been that way. No more Texans anywhere near the White House.
