ok, last one and its off to bed. <<How much % of the bankruptcy should be ascertained to the illegals and how much to the residents? Plenty of it (obviously not all) to illegals. Somehow we've selected education as our topic tonight. The name of the game in education today is to GET THE HELL AWAY from the non-English speaking schools. Virtually nothing good happens there. Where's the proof? Look at property values and look at the associated communities. That's all the proof you need. If you don't believe the concept, you've never functioned in the California school system. People pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to attend good schools and avoid having to send their kids to the barrio schools, inner-city schools, and other substandard performers. Even the illegals are beginning to complain about the pathetic system. <<Remember that CA was fulled by plenty moolah for defense business>> ...and your point is? <<And perhaps making your wife teacher jobless?>> She pretty much wigged out on teaching years ago. Was afraid for her life (Berkeley Unified School System). She quit after being threatened with a knife and never looked back. As for the Germans, they have other problems to deal with. Primarily themselves. Yes, I'm sure the govt has contributed a great deal to the problems but that's a constant, applicable to any country in any historical period. The additional self-inflicted problems associated with current illegal immigration policy are simply unnecessary, particularly for a country that has the most generous immigration policy in the history of the world. outa here.
