No comment on Bush's 55% disapproval rating? That means he's a big drag on the party going into the midterms. Means GOP congressmen are going to have to distance themselves going forward.

Explains why a Bush-bashing Democrat Hackett could get almost 50% in the most conservative district of Ohio last week. Looking for a clean sweep now of the rightwing crooks and influence peddlers next year. Then impeach the Texas bastards.

Also, from the Hastert article, I've figured out how the GOP got so many small donors in 2004. It was corporate special interests splitting checks into small amounts they didn't have to report to the FEC. Thousands and thousands of them. That was Rove-Enron Ed Gillespie's trick. There really wasn't much of a grassroots effort except with the duped and dangerous rightwing fundamentalists.
