You're never going to get rid of it unless you outlaw cash and make everybody use electronic transactions. No, you won't. But what remains would be very small. I used contractors who used illegal labor when I was in the cabinet business in So Calif. I don't think a cabinet is made with legal labor there. They still got paid by check. Everybody skims on what is coming in. But you don't like to use that to pay for deductable expenses. Better for Vegas and "walk around money."
