paret, I thought I heard my doctor call it a disease, but he could have said condition. If one takes the appropriate actions, it is not a killer. I was diagnosed with it in 97, and began a new life. Absolutely no booze, lots of milk thistle, and eating a more healthy diet, stopped the destruction in it's tracks, and it has been regenerating since 99. It is now considered to be medically healthy.
