My sense too, monetizing will be a tough exercise, especially given all that they have already done, and the maladjustments that has caused. They really need to take a chance on letting markets clear. Of course I've been saying that all along, and instead they intervene on every swoon, and have encouraged unprecedented moral hazard behavior. Today you can see it, clear trouble in junk purveyors and HGX, yet the Vix goes down. I have to suspect market intervention when that happens.
