That is a movie, which can give great ideas - but let me give you REAL WORLD. I was walking around the block here a couple days ago - 12 year old haitian kid shouts out to me, you want to buy some weed, I say young man - when I was your age - I was riding bikes jumping gutters - not trying to sell weed, and he said yah bub, the bike I want to buy costs a lot of money, so do you want to buy some weed. hehe - I tell little hustler no and I call the police on people that try to sell it near my house. I go around to a few of the people here, mostly cuban, but a few haitians, mexicans, central americans. I say to the cubans I am gonna call the police on this kid, they plead NO - then the little monster will get worse - - apparently he already known for many evil acts in the area - and I say no you run from cuba and you cant run your whole life - must put a stop to this kid selling weed in the neighborhood - but they say you no understand - he will terrorize us more and the police will do nothing. I tell his grandmother I am going to film your grandson selling weed and make sure he do maximum time in juvenile prison - she say no he a sweet kid - please don't, I say you reinforcing that lie is why he headed down the bad path already and I hate to see your nice kid wind up face down dead in the gutter from drug deal gone bad - she get mad and walk off. Cubans around the area begging me not to sell the house to "blacks" I guess that includes african american and haitian american - and I say now hold up - what would you have done if all the gracious white established people of palm beach said that to you decades past - they say we better than them though - HAHA. Central americans also ask me not to sell to blacks - I say what about cubans - they say that better than blacks. Now older drug dealers want to use young kids like him to build thier drug empire - police and community more forgiving of a child that does evil than an adult - so they lure in these kids with easy living. Kid wants to get his teeth platinumed like his heroes on MTV - platinum not cheap - hehe. I tell him I watch star trek when I was his age and kirk got lots of respect and had no platinum teeth - he said who? I said captain kirk - he said oh like that song by Rapper Master P - lyricsdepot.com - sadly I fear this was his only cultural reference. I ask kid lets play some chess for fun - he says he doesnt do anything he cant make money at - he is only 11 - already so militant and money hungry. He is starting to influence 2 cuban kids on the block to adopt his militant money hungry hustling ways. See we can reach out across race and roots - hehe. I found out yesterday from one of the central americans that the kids father and brother both in jail for drug dealing.
