Russ, I can tell you with certainty that those numbers are not true. Jan 1 -July 31 2004 sales were 25608. Jan-July this yr is at least 24199. MLS data is entered by each member, so the ones who are tardy in reporting sales would still be adding to that number. Since this is only 5 days into August, a number of July sales will still be straggling in.

She must have ran a check on July 31 and assumed that was the total.
