That could be it... or, gee, maybe a massive global surge in liquidity and historically low real interest rates for several years, pumping-up financial assets, had something to do with it?

(PS --- some are saying that the trigger for popping the asset bubble will be when 30 year fixed mortgage rates cross 8%.)
